The local eats were a delight! I loved venturing out to nearby La Res Sabrosa for some killer tacos. The breakfast staff made a decent effort, and the King Room was comfy and cozy.

Only thing was the receptionist's vibe when I asked about inexpensive colectivos to the airport—he was all taxi talk. Still, the hotel’s charm shone through!

Ope, our stay was just lovely! Enjoyed a comfy King Room and the breakfast was pretty good, especially the fresh fruit and that breakfast staff! The location did have its ups and downs, not super walkable with the kiddos, but still manageable. Would definitely drop in for another visit. Oh, those fresh waffles were a hit!

The check-in process is frustrating!!! And the security concerns were unsettling for a hotel stay!!! Not sure why maintenance would need to access rooms at such odd hours!!!

However, breakfast management needs improvement, as hot food ran out frequently, requiring reminders to the staff. The shower often had cold water and inconsistent pressure, adding to the frustration during the stay.

I did have some issues with the shower. it was cold quite often and the water pressure wasn't great. Breakfast was okay, but they kept running out of hot food. I had to remind them to refill it a few times. Overall, the room was nice, but those little details made it a mixed bag.

Wi-Fi was solid, and the air conditioning worked great. Reception closed too early for help.
